Trinity Chavez is a distinguished America-Mexican journalist currently based in New York City. Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Trinity comes from a close-knit family of 10. Her passion for storytelling was evident from an early age, propelling her to attend the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she obtained degrees in Journalism and Communications with an emphasis in Marketing and Public Relations. There, she honed her skills as an on-air journalist both in-front and behind the camera.
She served as a "one-person-band" acting as a camera operator, writer, producer, editor, and reporter and even anchored the daily morning show. Graduating at the top of her class with honors and consistently making the Dean's List, Trinity set her sights on the nation's premier media market. She has since worked for some of the world’s leading networks including ABC News, CBS News, the BBC where she covered major news events both domestically and internationally, including the Ukraine war, the COVID-19 pandemic, U.S.-Mexico border issues, and Presidential Elections.
Today Trinity is the Lead Anchor for the New York Stock Exchange where she delivers timely and captivating financial news and analysis. Her responsibilities extend beyond anchoring, as she engages in onsite and offsite events, delivering keynote addresses, speaking on, and moderating panels, and representing ICE/NYSE. She collaborates with departments such as investor relations, marketing, and communications, to guide strategic decisions and enhance content offerings. Trinity also conceptualizes, develops, and produces engaging segments and videos focused on financial markets, NYSE activities, and related topics for NYSE TV.
